JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Hmm I use phone and tablet some, but also on my laptop a lot
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: none. I can't open Thunderbird to access help there.

No thanks. My problem is resolved. Everything is working fine. I am not sure why Thunderbird wasn't work. I had restarted my computer. I no longer need help.
