Before Christmas when I opened my email it asked for a password. I had not been asked that before so when to my list of passwords and found 3 for gmail. I tried them all. They said they would send code by texting. I so not have texting so it never reached me. I am now back from Christmas vacation and trying to get into my email..Please help me.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Started about Dec. 18 and is ongoing.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried all three passwords without success. I have gone to the site given on HELP and think because I put my telelphone number in both home and mobile, it is trying to text me and I cannot receive.
