I changed my pass word in December as yahoo recommended. I got sick. And had to stay with a relative. While there my niece decided to clean my house for a Christmas present. She threw out my new password. I have tried for almost a week to figure out this password. I am told I'll receive a number on my phone. Ido not have texting on my phone. Help

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went to yahoo and followed directions. Told I would be sent a number on my phone that would allow me to retrieve my password. I do not have texting on my phone
