I received my today email on my win 7 desk top. I did not get same today email on win 10 lap top ?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I tried to find mail in another place not there or anywhere I use google chrom
