It's not a matter of escalation on this end. Since you're using a bronzewestimports.com domain instead of a gmail.com I will need to know the Server details for bronzewestimports.com to troubleshoot farther. An IT person at your company should be able to provide this info or they can get it from the company that hosts your website.

The info is usually found in a Configuration , Network Plan document or in a tool called CPanel.
