Customer: gmail and yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist. To get your email to come through in the

Windows 10 Mail app you'll need to make a minor change in your Yahoo and Gmail account.

For Google go here: https://security.google.com

and sign in. From the menu on the left click Signing in to Google

scroll down to the bottom of the page and set: Allow less secure apps: ON

It's a little easier in Yahoo. From a Yahoo page, hover your mouse over your name and from the menu

that appears select Account Info

On the left side of the page select Account Security and re-enter your password.

Toward the bottom of the page set Allow apps that use less secure sign in using the slider such that it turns blue.

Once the changes have been made the email should start coming in.
