I'm concerned about ID theft! Suddenly my password ***** my AOL account did not work. I changed the password. That did not work. I changed it again today, received text confirmation, entered new password, and still can not get access. Am I right to be concerned? What do I do now?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: Started last Thursday.
