since yesterday can't get or receive emails on phone,iPad and home computer
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: apple iMac apple 5c mobile apple iPad
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone 1st then iPad then home computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: rang telstra and they told me it was a national outage and they would call me!! tried myself and friends in settings on phone but no hope
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: it comes up on my phone ' can't get mail the username or password ***** *****' which I've never touched and can't remember the original one anyway!!
