Hi, I cleaned my computer saved passwords inclided and now can't log in to my emails. I have 2 email addresses.***@******.*** and***@******.***. Help please.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: No.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my laptop which is tethered to my tablet and occasionally my phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. Not sure how to do it.
