There was an error when attempting to connect to the Windows Live Calendar service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. This message comes up every time I try to connect to my e-mail How do I correct this?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: outlook express
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through web browser--chrome
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. I'm rather inept on the compter

In Windows Live Mail, click File>>Options>>Mail

In the new window click the Connection tab.

Under Connecting to Windows Live services

click Stop Signing In (twice)
