I can't receive emails at my primary address (*****@******.***. This problem is in Outlook Express but not AT&T web site.

Customer: There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password ***** rejected. JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my PC
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: rebooting. requesting it to receive all my emails. don't know much about emails. Have had his problem for a short while, but it usually resolved itself in the past. Numerous efforts this time have failed.
