I'm afraid I ignored my update emails for too long, went to download today and can't find any of them. Can you helpme? I believe I have 2013 and I want to update.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: AT&T I believe.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my PC. I will want to hook up to my android, though
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: This right here. I can't find an email, so I don't know what else to try. Not a techy by any means
