Can You help me?
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

Remote connection is a premium service and that is why it is an extra charge.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Is this it? Are you finished?
I never got an answer
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

I can connect remotely for a lower cost of $19.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
It started at 11:12 its going on almost 15-20 minutes I still have no answers and yet we're just asking me for more money this doesn't sound correct to me
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

It would be a lot quicker for me to connect remotely and see the issue than try for hours to try to explain it to you. If I am not able to fix it, we do offer a 100% money back promise.

On the pop download should it be :enable pop for mail that arrives from now on or another selection
Customer: replied 2 months ago.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I have an Outlook account that I also use on the same computer
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

Right, its an outlook.com email account? You do not access the Gmail anywhere else but Gmail.com?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Right
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

Yes, then disable both of them.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
If I have those three or four Gmail accounts can I have a voice Google Voice number for each account
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Why is this so difficult to get in touch with people to help you with Gmail aol was very easy over the years
Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

Did that fix it?

Expert:  Cory replied 2 months ago.

Yes, you can create a Google Voice number for each email account by going here https://www.google.com/voice and setting it up or clicking 'Get a Voice Number' on the left side of the page.
