My EMail will not open. I tried changing my pass word. It isn't letting me into it. I've never had this problem before.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Today. 11-27-16 @ 11:am
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browser only.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried most of the instructions the system advise. The 'cookie' info is too hard to understand. the blue type I try to activate do not work.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, just get up and running. I've tried one of your expert, but the Visa card info field on the site do not work.
