Cannot get mail. Outbox not working as well. Maintains my user name or password ***** ROgers is incorrect but I put them in...... I cannot seem to change the original password ***** my ipad re the host smtp. This then affects my iphone. Please help. can we chat
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I have attempted to change the password ***** times in the past 2 weeks. There is one screen on the ipad settings that appears to have an old pw based on the size of the pw and I cannot get access to bring it up date

Customer: I have tried to reset all the passwords and turn the servers off and on and address what I thought was appropriate in settings
