Cannot get into my e-mails. After checking with Frontier.com a page came up saying that Norton had my account blocked! WHY

Before this happened, or even when Norton said your account was blocked, did you receive an email asking you to change your password ***** enter a new password?

Or, did the Norton block page have you change your password ***** enter a new password?

Also, what browser are you using, firefox, internet explorer, google chrome?
