I am having trouble signing in
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Google
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my lap top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have been trying for 3 days trying to get my e=mail. I am asked to sign in but when I get as far as entering the code numbers sent to my daughter they say it is the wrong one.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am almost ready to cancel Google

Do I understand correct that you are trying to access your Gmail.com account, but have forgotten your password, trying to recover it and when they send you the verification code via your mobile phone, they say that the code is wrong? Or do they just say that they cannot verify you?
