In the past 4 weeks I have been receiving junk mail of about 40+ a day. In the main they offer sexual services or jobs or interviews. I have tried to set up the filters as per Thunderbird but it does not seem to work. I have set up 2 filers, one based on sender and one based on subject. There are a lot of common names/words and I have targeted those. But they still come thorugh. What am in doing wrong?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Let me think about that as I am a bit dyslexic in this area. I think the answer is Hotkey.au
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my laptop compluter
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: ?? none really. I just followed what I thought were the requirement to create a filter but it did not work.
