When I log on to email, the inbox list has maybe the 2 or three most recent messages and then jumps back to Apri 14 and older. I want my recent messages.
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: no
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Checked through trouble shhotting and didn't find anything that applies
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes. There are over 3200 mssages on my list. That may make it difficult for the system to handle. How can I delete say all older than one year -- that would be about the oldest 3000.

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
