I can get into my inbox but cannot open any emails.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: hotmail.ca
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser, Chrome
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: so far, only attempted to access items on the settings list, but nothing opens or responses
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

Hi there and welcome

In Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right and click on Settings.

Then click on Show Advance Settings

Then click on Reset Settings

Once done, go to your inbox and tell me if it now functions correctly please.
