JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: both verizon by phone and yahoo online ... no help either place
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through desktop yahoo mail application
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: basically everything including verizon advanced support
