I have tried to get into my email many times and i changed me Password ***** times and followed the directions but at the end i still couldn't get in
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: password ***** a couple of hrs ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: phone and tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: i went to msn.com went through resetting password ***** instructions I changed the password ***** it and it was accepted it then when i tried to signed in it told me that my user name or password ***** wrong
