I have a Samsung tablet that will not support my gmail account although it did up until July. On the WiFi setting it is connected to infinitywifi but the symbols for my home router are shown as locked. Verizon is my TV, phone, and computer server and they all work except my tablet connection to wifi

Customer: Last synced on July 28, 2016. About that time I moved to my summer house

Customer: Most often on my desk-top or phone
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I spent an hour will Verizon yesterday and they referred my to you. I also changed my google password
