The password ***** used google says it is no longer valid. I have asked for my G # be sent to me but it never came through on my cell phone in Panama. I need help to reset my password ***** that I can get into my gmail. Can you help me? Please

Customer: For about 24 hours now. I thought I put in a new password ***** but today it will not accept it. I need to put in a new password ***** I can access my emails which come to***@******.***

Customer: I use my apple computers email.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried reaching a G number from my phone which never came through and tried having google send the G number to my husbands gmail which is roger.laderoute

To get started, I need to know what type of computer you are using, a Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or a Mac.

If its a Mac, please check the OSX version as follows, Click the apple sign at the top left of your screen, then click about this mac. And then where it says version, send that to me as a reply.
