JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Hotmail, Pearl, thanks (I am also a Wilson - here in Cape Town)
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through Thunderbird on my Mac
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Went on through a browser and changed my password ***** reset it in Thunderbord Have tried a different server setting Have now managed to send mails successfully Have checket that my account seettings allow POP
