I have Mac entourage email and it sending multiple copies of my incoming emails to me.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the model of your Mac, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: It is an IMac
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I turned off all my rules. I called Apple and they said it wasn't on their end.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to help.
I've seen this before, it was discovered that there were actually two instances of the email account set up in the email client - in this case Entourage. Do you know how to check the account settings to make sure there are not 2 instances of your email set up in there?

No there are not two accounts. You are not connecting to my computer. I thought you were AT&T. Please return my $5.
