With every compact you do to my account there are misapps ...Incoming messages are going into Trash. Some message not downloading even through the bottom scroll reads there is messages coming through.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, yesterday contacted thunderbird with no reply.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: not anything.. Don't know what to do about it
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Yes, why is there a constant need to compact? Always when I'm involved with a message sending.
