Cannot get or send emails.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Outlook. Our system is complicated by having 2 emails at different places recently a new email was added. the previous 2 were***@******.*** &***@******.***.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: By laptop computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Long discussions with Telstra and checked with gil that our old numbers were still valid and working.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The new number***@******.*** has been checked as OK. But not used is only an emergency #. It appears under its name after all the items that were in earlier. The old "*****@******.***" has been replaced with the name"outlook" all stored info has disappeared.
