i am getting rejected emails with office 365 icon at the top, they are not from me, i do not have an office 365 account and am wondering why?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: time warner and my client is outlook 2003
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: outlook 2003
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: called twc they said probably caused by ms update, call ms...i have recieved doszens in the past week or so
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i have recieved a few from hotmail account
