for yhe whole day I have trying to get on my Google Chrome and I am told that there is a technical problem and to please excuse us. I would like to know what is going on?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: G-Mail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I am not to familiar with troubleshooting
