Can't get any e-mails on my I-phone. Tells me server failed and asks me for a password. Don't even know my password.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I haven't ever reset username or password ***** don't even know my password *****
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly access them on my home computer but like to access them on my phone when not home
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None. this problem just started couple of weeks ago.
