My iPad (1) will not change the password ***** settings for my icloud or for my yahoo email. I have attempted to change it but it will not change and will not save when I get the it to accept the change. I have got it to change the characters on the settings account but it reverts to the former password ***** says the user name or the password ***** *****

Customer: Several months. I can access the Yahoo account from other computers or iPads but not this one.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most often through my iPad.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have tried deleting the account and re-entering it. I have tried rebooting with the account deleted and with the password ***** They do not work.
