JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I have cancelled it on the web site but am still receiving the bill
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I do not access my email very often and have not used you website for at least a few months
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I do not know what to do and I was wondering if you could do it for me as I don't want to keep getting the bill for something I am not using
