I was just cleaning up the promotional folder and ended up deleting my other emails. Can I get those emails back?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Customer: I have not done anything not sure where to start.

For gmail if you just deleted them, you can pull them back;

Recover messages from the Trash

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. On the left side of the page, click More Trash.
  3. Check the box next to any messages you want to move.
  4. Click Move .
  5. Choose where you want to move the message to, like your inbox.

This is unless you permanently deleted them.
