Customer Question

I have always opened the lid, awaited the log-on function to engage, and in the lower left corner, and initially logged on the G-mail envelope icon to access my e-mails, or send them. I then have gone to Oracle Chrome for various websites. But two days ago, that didn't work - I kept being directed to I guess, subscribe to either Facebook or WikiPedia - which I don't want to pay for, since I never have had to do so before - I avoided it then, perhaps as a Guest? Yesterday I again was directed to Facebook (which I don't belong to) or Wikipedia - $2.95 for a 2 hour access, I guess. I would like to know why I cannot simply access my G-mails and Oracle Chrome as I have been doing since the beginning, some 2 years ago?
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: 2 days, and I assume it has nothing to do with my Verizon Internet.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I am a primitive user.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am presently at my office, and left my Pacer laptop home, so I cannot access it until perhaps 5:30 p.m.

Are you using Windows 10 and its mail app?

> I then have gone to Oracle Chrome for various websites

Do you mean Google Chrome browser?
