JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: in may when I received it for my birthday and mothers day present
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I flip open laptop and put in password. I have not done this because shortly after I got it I became ill and went into hospital .
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I called the number for outlook.com and was told it would cost $294.xx to reset it. I have no income at this time so that is a No.
