Not receiving emails on deslktop utlook program. Had long phone session with Microsoft tech. yesterday, who reconfigured my outlook POP and IMAP, and tested it. It worked yesterday. But today, no emails.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Several months.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Case #:(###) ###-#### Tech told methat if this same problem recurs, to request a tech calls me back on landline,(###) ###-####Acess emails on ipad, i-phone AND desktop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Long session yesterday. Plus today - Shut down and reboot 3 times.
