It has been crashing my Incredimail -- now I've lost I-mail altogether -- it seems it has been uninstalled
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: not much but have had I-mail for many years
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It has been "Stopping" mail off and on so I'ne been trying to get it working -- it seems evertime I closte it after getting mail it stops reveiving
