I had a user profile corruption today and a new user admin file was set up. I can not find all my email from my old Thunderbird file. Do you have a suggestion?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: earthlink
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: thunderbird on the computer...I use pop because they will be saved on my phone and then on my computer.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I had a tec come on from who was not up on thunderbird look through things. Emails are not usually things that are saved are they?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: no not that I can think of
