Why is it that my phone does not do this? It is just my tablet?
Expert:  Jess M. replied 2 months ago.

I am not really sure how you access the email in your phone and in your tablet. TO isolate the issue, please try to access your email using a web browser both on your phone and in your tablet to see if your password ***** ***** working.

Ok thanks for your help

You're welcome. Are you now able to access your emails using the web browser?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

Thank you for that confirmation and I am glad that you are now able to access your email on the web browser.

First, please check in the webmail (email accessed in the web browser) if all your emails including old emails are intact there.

Then if you are using an email app in the tablet, which I believe you do, please enter your FULL email address as the username, and then enter the password ***** you used to access the email in the browser.

It should work since it is working in the web browser.

If not, then you can try to remove the email FROM the Mail app that you are using, then add it again.

I hope that helped.

Please remember to rate my service positively (3-5 stars/faces) if this helped. Tips are always highly appreciated!

If you need further assistance, please do not rate me negatively with 1 or 2 faces. Instead, please reply to me so that I can help you further.

Thank you!

Best regards,
Jess
