JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through a web browser. Why I was returning was to clarify whether or not I have been put on a monthly charge program?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have fixed my problem, I was continually getting a message to update one of my gmail accounts. I did what I thought I was ask to do but nothing worked. Went on for 4 weeks but U figured it out.
