Hi James: I have always had an Outlook account and now I am unable to access it. Could you please be of help?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: For about one week. I don't know what I may have done. I had work done on my computer and I don't know what what might have changed.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Usually on my desk top because I can make copies. Sometimes I read them on my Iphone or tablet.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Nothing really because I'm afraid I will make a bigger mess!
