I can't get any email. they say I still have too m much in my email. I had 8300 emails and I deleted it down to 5700 and I emptied all trash, spam, deleted messages. Help. I have lost the whole day messing with this!
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my iPad in my email button.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: No not iPad Macbook sorry

Customer: I told you. I went into the site online and deleted nearly 3000 emails in my inbox, all the trash, spam and deleted messGES and they all have nothing in them. I have 5700 emails remaining in my email.

Mac. And it says I have 15 gab storage and I am using 16.5. But I deleted 2500 of my 8000 emails and it still says I am using 16.5
