Hi, I'm Robert and I'll be helping you with your computer question.

Expert:  flopcat98 replied 26 days ago.

some email can be recovered some can't.

It depends on what email service you were using and whether you were using a desktop program or an online program

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
google and I was on my pc when it happened
Expert:  flopcat98 replied 26 days ago.

so it was a gmail account and you were going to gmail.com to delete them

and then you went to your trash folder and removed them from there as well ?

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
correct
Customer: replied 26 days ago.
I am not comfortable connecting you to my gmail. can we try to solve like this?
Expert:  flopcat98 replied 26 days ago.

give me a couple of minutes please. Some emails have a way to restore those and some don't. I THINK gmail is kind of in between where they will only do it if you tell them the account was hacked. give me a few minutes to check that and see if i can get you instructions to do that.

This is the link to use.

I believe that you will do better if you say the account was hacked or you just logged in one day and they werent there than if you tell them you deleted them yourself and then said "woops"

But that is up to you how you fill it out.

Customer: replied 26 days ago.
Ok. so my payment to you is for this chat now. Correct? It's a bit confusing - I didn't want to pay monthly. Please clarify.
Expert:  flopcat98 replied 26 days ago.

I have no knowledge of how that works. the site has a bunch of plans including for a 1 time charge. But you have to contact***@******.*** to work out a plan that works for you.

As for me i only get credit if you give me a good rating so i would really appreciate if you would give me an excellent rating

thank you.
