Consumer Cellular sold me a service (internet) plan and a new iPhone 5s
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have to explain. Started financial arrangement with Consumer Cellular for internet service and a new phone; things got messed up, long story short, CC has left me without ANY usable phone and doesn't communicate online unless one has a password, which problem they have messed up. This message is the first communication I have had in several days. I am 78 and live alone. How do I get to work out the problem with CC?
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: All the phone numbers they left with me. Can't talk to them because they lost me my cell phone..My laptop is all I have left.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Too complex to explain easily. I have doctor apt in about an hour. I have a car so I'll get there. However, the way Consumer Cellular has it set up, I cannot deal directly with them, it seems. I am doomed to live as in the 19th century, I guess.
