why can't I get in to my email? I typed my most recent and current password ***** is "benchmark",,,,not get in and message said wrong password. I also typed in my email address which is***@******.***. Again, the message said wrong password. Tried different questions a couple of times.....nothing is helping me get in to my email. It is very important as I work from home part time and must have my email to do it. Norma Bayes(###) ###-####Oh, and P.S. my first password ***** I got googlee mail was oldgirly. But, I got a new laptop and hooked it up myself (which was a iffy proposition) Anyway, enough....please fix my email.....thanks!

Customer: 9/24/16 to 10/15/16....sorry, I don't keep track....
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I always access it on my computer which is an HP Notebook
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I put all of that in my message to you
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
