I've got a new email address and need to change it on my itunes.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Bigpond
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: iPad
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I just went thru my settings and signed out my old email address and I outed my new address but am worried I'm going to lose what I've already purchased.
