I just signed up with a new google account that would bring all sorts of things together on one screen and I changed my mind. I don't want it.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I have tried to but to no avail. that's why I am contacting you.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have a lab top and I just click into google and I am there, I signed up for a fancier model and now I am sorry I did. it is too intrusive.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: You are talking to a person who does not know much about computers. I have not tried trouble shooting. You are my trouble shooting. I just did this and want to get out.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Basically I want to cancel my new super google desk top page which I just signed up for maybe 1/2 hour ago.When I cancel it, I will also be cancelling my new email smcnettwalton1300 as well.
