Every email I send bounces back. Been happening like this

every email I send bounces back. Been happening like this for the last 4 hours. Previous to that it was fine. Shut down my computer and rebooted. Still a problem.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Dell desktop using Windows 10 OS.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I use all three - but today, I am at home, using my desktop. Tried also to use my phone. No luck.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Googled to see if there was an "outage" or reported trouble in New England (where I am located). Also, shut down the computer and then - after about 10 minutes, started it all back up.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was using my gmail FINE earlier today - up until about 11am (Eastern) when the bounce-back problem started.
