I have attempted to change the password ***** deleted the existing ones and cannot put in a new one!
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Yesterday on another computer and I don't remember quite how I did that but I didn't erase the previous ones.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Desktop with thunderbird.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
